Welcome

I'm staking out my own little corner of the blogosphere. It isn't much, but I like it and I'll make a commitment (I hope) to actually keeping it up to date.

The purpose of EpiKReads is simple. I read something, I write a review. Mostly it's to remind myself of why or why not I liked a book, so I know whether or not to pick up anything by that author ever again. If my ramblings help anyone else to pick up something they might not have given a thought to picking up before, then kudos to me I guess.

I read a lot. A lot. I average about a book every two days, which makes for a lot of books read over the course of a year. That's not averaging in pages and pages of fanfiction, plays and other scripted lit, and of course my manga and comics. I will cover those on this site, too.

So sit back, relax, grab some popcorn, and be prepared to be underwhelmed. Don't say I didn't warn you.
